Kumsta Ka! My name is Ted. I am a brother, father, husband, fitness pro, help desk for my parents, and personal chef to my family that I affectionaly call, The Motley Crew. This site is an exploration of my creativity and to document the never ending parental nonsense provided by The Prince and his younger sibling, The Bugoy.

Busog Ko is my brain child. Originally, it came about from a fictitious, family ran food truck business that would travel around feeding the masses with Filipino inspired cooked meals. As I would experiment with the different sandwiches, rice bowls, soups, appetizers and entrees in our home, the one question that needed and still needs to be answered by my family is…This a Menu Item? If it is an overwhelming yes…for sure that meal would be made again and eaten with gusto.

For me, Busog Ko has come to define a state that one is in search for, a state of fullness. A fullness in learning, teaching, coaching, life, love, kindness and happiness, all of these things and more, is what we are all looking for in our lives. I hope that through all my posts, I inspire you to journey and explore through the life so you can sit back and say…Busog Ko.
